Andrew and Lexy's journey began in 2015, the summer before her first year of high school and his sophomore year. Their families had known each other for years, so when Andrew's family was invited to Lexy's house for a Fourth of July firework show, it was the perfect setting for their first introduction.

Word of Lexy's crush on Andrew must have traveled fast because a few days later, she received a notification that Andrew added her on Snapchat. What started as simple "get-to-know-you" exchanges quickly evolved into texting and shared moments. They discovered they had classes together, which made it even easier for them to connect.

Their friendship grew stronger, and one day, Andrew asked Lexy to go on a movie date. The movie was just not enough time spent together, so Lexy invited Andrew to join her with her family at Talon Falls. Little did they know, this haunted house outing would become a pivotal moment in their relationship.

That night marked a turning point, and shortly after, Andrew found the courage to finally ask Lexy to be his girlfriend. The rest is history! From that moment on, Lexy and Andrew became best friends. She was Andrew's biggest cheerleader on the football field and the basketball court, and he supported her at every cheer competition (what a trooper)! Their relationship grew stronger after back-to-back summers of long distance at GSP. Lexy and Andrew went from high school sweethearts to University of Kentucky graduates, cherishing every moment together! Their time spent at UK was even sweeter. The couple did everything together - study dates, sorority/fraternity formals, Local Taco outings, football games, movie nights, and many ice cream runs. No matter the adventure, they were each other's constant. Their love grew for each other and for the Lord with every year that passed.

After so many shared seasons of life, it was an easy decision to take the next step and begin planning a future together. Fast forward to October 6th, 2023, Andrew got down on one knee at Lexy's favorite place - HOME. Lexy's heartfelt "YES" led to a night filled with joy and celebration surrounded by their closest family and friends. What began as a spark at a firework show in 2015 has blossomed into a forever kind of love.

Lexy and Andrew are counting down the days until they become one on June 7th, 2025! They cannot wait to spend their special day with those who have poured into their relationship since day one.
